PLACE YOUR PIN (use a computer): Interactive Map
Need Help? Watch this VIDEO

  • DROP YOUR PIN!!! Visit this site to locate your property on the map ON A COMPUTER and preferably in Safari browser (chrome tends to lock up) and add your comments. There is room for about 4.5 lines of 12 point font (write in microsoft word and then cut and paste)

  • In addition, please complete this survey. Say ALL alignments are AWFUL. Do not select any options!!!

  • Please check with all your neighbors and get them involved.  So many people do not know this is coming! Look at the interactive pin map and make sure all the neighboring properties around you have their comments visible AND DESCRIPTIVE! Just a simple "no" is not enough. In addition, if you have neighbors who may be challenged in using this "map pin system," please go help them make their voice's heard. Take your laptop and help them!

  • Write a letter. Tell your story, make it personal. How will this affect you, your family, your life, your livelihood, your farm/ranch/home? Go to the interactive map and use the measuring tool in the upper right hand side of the screen. Measure the distance the road is from your house. If it crosses your property, you can measure square feet and then find a calculator online to convert square feet to acres. WORDING SUGGESTIONS for a written letter can be found here HOWEVER DO NOT cut and paste. Each letter should be personal and individual to be effective. Your letter should be emailed or postal mailed to Inner Loop East Study C/O CD&P, P.O. Box 5459, Austin, TX 78763. I would also email it to local county officials. See their contact info below.

If you have any trouble and need assistance, please reach out on the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us and we would be happy to help you.

3. Contact Our Brazos County Judge & Commissioners

Brazos County Judge Duane Peters thinks "this project will make a big difference for our county and region, and alleviate traffic congestion on Bryan-College Station’s busiest highway." Commissioner Chuck Konderla has repeatedly stated, "It is just a study." The majority of the Inner East Loop falls within Commissioner Konderla's precinct.
